Debate to secure the perimeter of the Park

Friday, July 17, 2009

After a meeting on June 26 in Cassis with the mayors of several municipalities affected by the future National Park creeks, Chantal Jouanno, joined Morgiou by boat to meet users' cabanonniers ", hunters, fishermen, hikers ...

THE Secretary of State for Ecology announces the opening of the park in late 2010. Until then, thematic workshops will be organized each week by the public interest group of the creeks (GIP) with users.
The challenge is to determine the perimeter of the park, which could be split into two types of zones: the "Heart Park" (subject to environmental constraints) and the membership area (or measures are incentives).

Environmentalists advocate a core park as large as possible, while in the Goudes or Sormiou, we do not want to hear about it ... In the minister's office, we do not exclude the hypothesis of having areas less restrictive in the heart of the park, which displeases the GIP solution creeks.
