Walking
Many hikers who walk every year sometimes tortuous paths of the Creeks. The GR 51 passes through the Calanques from west to east for a total distance of 28km. So dificult to do everything in one day, especially as the camp is strictly prohibited. Take time to visit them little by little.
Difficulty:
Some passages can be difficult (steep ledges) or delicate selons routes. Tip: Ask about in the difficulty of the roads from tourist offices or hire an agency that offers randonnnées together.
Period
The site can be visited all year but the weather, attendance and regulations require that you choose the access period. So we prefer hiking off-season: in winter or spring and fall, provided of course to avoid weekends and Sundays.

Weather and "Mistral"
Site subject to high winds. Beware of the Mistral! wind gusts can make some dangerous passages. Learn about the weather before leaving.
Regulations:
Because of fire hazards, access to sensitive mass of the entire department of Bouches-du-Rhone is restricted during the summer (limited access in periods of high heat total ban in windy, etc.. ). Each year a prefectural defines the duration and nature of the prohibitions, which are then modulated every day depending on weather conditions.
