Biking / Canoeing
Visit the Creeks by Canoe
The Canoe is an excellent way to explore the creeks and their hidden treasures: caves and holes ...
But beware, this is sport! Although no special skills are required, we must of course be physically fit and able to swim! Also check on the weather: even if the sea seems calm, oule and current practice may make it difficult on certain points.
With or without accompaniment ...
You can simply rent canoes at the half-day or full day trip from Cassis and visit the creeks of Port Pin and En-Vau. Count 1 hour to reach the inlet of En Vau from the beach of Cassis.
However, we recommend that you be accompanied by professionals who will help you discover the site. An outing will only allow you to better enjoy every corner safely ignored.
The equipment:
- Shirt, T-shirt, hat and glasses
- Sunscreen
- Windbreaker
- Water and possibly a picnic

Mountain biking in the Creeks:
With the establishment of Calanques National Park, mountain biking is now prohibited throughout the massif. Tracks are beautiful but enjoyed in the massive Garlaban and the Sainte-Baume.
